Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or an exchange. Beyond this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Item Condition: Articles must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and accessories attached. They must not have been worn or damaged.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. However, if the product is defective or if an error was made during the shipping of your order, we will cover the return costs.

Processing Time: Upon receiving your return, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days. Please note that delivery times for your returned product may vary depending on where you live. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for issues during transit.
